Forging Ahead with Power, Work Conference of Runjiang Group for First Half of 2018 Convened Successfully

On August 4, the work summary for first half of 2018 and work plan conference for second half of 2018 of Runjiang Group was held successfully at the head office of the Group. The conference was attended by more than 30 executives and leaders of the Group including decision-makers such as chairman of the board of directors and vice presidents of the Group, general managers of each project company, commercial company, property company and center.

First, Assistant President Ye summarized the overall operation of the Group for the “work summary of first half of the year and work plan of second half of the year”. He stressed that the company should strengthen the multi-dimensional management of operation, promote the improvement of overall operation management of Runjiang and the fulfillment of its strategic goals. In the second half of the year, the Group’s operation control will take the operation goals as the center, planning management as the main line, achievements of stages as a symbol, key conferences as the driver, operation information as the foundation, performance evaluation as the focus and form a close-loop planning and operation system.

Later, the general managers of each project company, commercial company, property company and each center summarized the operation conditions in the first half of 2018 and reported the core operation plans and key operation indicators for the second half of the year. In the past half year, each operation and development indicator of the Group showed a healthy development momentum and made an excellent performance in operation. Particularly the Group had achieved stage fruits since it adopted two-level control and standardization construction.

The decision-makers of the Group commented on the work of each project company and each center and guided the work of the second half of the year. Each business segment of the Group progressed neck and neck, which had well fulfilled the main operation indicators of the half year. Stage fruits were achieved in the quality improvement plan. Under the leadership of each management team, all staff embraced the difficulties and made distinctive progress and performance in each work, making contribution to the healthy development of the Group.

Finally, Chairman Jiao of the board of directors commented on and recognized the work fruits achieved by each center and project company in the first half of the year and expressed gratitude for the contribution of everyone. Meanwhile, he hoped that all executives could reflect on the summary and lay a foundation for more harvests in the future. For the key work in the second half of the year, Jiao put forward higher requirements on each business segment of the Group from three aspects, namely, quality construction, management upgrade and business acceleration.

The convening of the conference was a self-recognition and deep analysis of the Group’s strategy and control model and put forward stricter requirements on all staff. 2018 is a year of quality upgrade of Runjiang. The Group should make efforts in such areas as product quality, engineering quality and service quality, enrich the forms of products, speed up quality construction, enhance business capacity and turn them into powerful wings for the soaring of Runjiang Group.

In the second half of 2018, we are faced with heavy tasks. We need to make a breakthrough in many big and important issues in the second half of the year. Each project company and each center of the Group should adopt scientific methods to better promote the fulfillment of the targets and tasks of the year. Meanwhile, we should build the teams and systems excellently and lay down a solid foundation for the completion of tasks in the second half of the year. In the future, we hope that all staff can work harder to open a new chapter and make a better performance.
